Conservatory Program
Conservatory Program
The Conservatory Program is for dancers considering a future in dance beyond CREO. Including three audition-based tracks, these dancers commit to a class regimen reflective of the highest degree of excellence in their respective areas of focus. These dancers are considered ambassadors for the CREO studio both as leaders within the CREO community and representatives of CREO outside the studio.
CREO Classical Ballet
CREO Classical Ballet is CREO’s track for the dancer seeking to achieve technical and artistic excellence in Ballet and Pointe. This comprehensive training program begins early in their dance training to equip today’s young dancers with the artistry and athleticism expected of classical ballet in the 21st century.
Flight
Flight is a conservatory-level technique and performance class for Level 5-7 dancers. Flight was created to give CREO students an opportunity to continue their technique training, take risks, and perform choreography with maturity and vulnerability in ways that are above and beyond their regular classes.
Hip-Hop Invitational, Pre-TEAM, and TEAM Hip-Hop
TEAM Hip-Hop and it’s preceding classes (Hip-Hop Invitational and Pre-Team) is the conservatory track for dancers who are skilled in both hip-hop and acro. This track emphasizes high physicality, athleticism, and individual expression through the hallmarks of contemporary hip-hop movement including popping, locking, tutting, breaking, rhythm, groove, isolation, groundedness, and acrobatic skills. Dancers are accepted through the summer Hip-Hop Skill Builder Audition Camp.
