General Policies: Fall-Spring 2024-2025
CREO Arts & Dance is thrilled to partner with Jackrabbit, an online registration and account management system.
Upon your registration for a Fall class, your registration fee and 1st month tuition are drawn using your payment method provided through Jackrabbit. For subsequent months, tuition and fees due are automatically withdrawn on the 1st business day of every month. If you need to cancel your tuition for any reason, please contact the CREO office prior to the 1st business day of the month.

Monthly Tuition Rates
Monthly Tuition is charged automatically from your account on the first business day of the month. June tuition prices are traditionally prorated to reflect the shorter month.
30-minute class: $50/month
45-minute class: $60/month
60-minute class: $70/month
75-minute class: $75/month
90-minute class: $80/month
Note our Multi-Class Discount: Register for 3 or more classes and receive $10 off the 3rd and every subsequent class within your family!

Register for Fall 2023 season by June 9th, 2024, and receive a $20 discount! (1 per family)
Other Discounts
Multi-Class Discount: Receive $10 off your monthly tuition for the third and every subsequent class per student
Referral Discount: $25 off for referring a new student to CREO. $10 off for subsequent referrals and registrations.
Pay-In-Full Discount: Pay your full-semester tuition by September 1, 2024 and receive $40 off!
Registration Fee
$40 for the first dancer in a family
$10 per additional dancer in a family
Billed at time of registration
Costume Fees
$75 per costume for classes in the Grade K category and younger.
$90 per costume for classes Grade 1 and up and Level 1-2.
$95 per costume for classes Level 3-7
Billed in two 50% installments, split between October and November.
Dancers wishing to opt-out of recital must inform the CREO office in writing by November 1 in order to be reimbursed their costume/recital fees. Costume Fees are non-refundable after November 1.
Recital Fee
$55 for the first dancer
$15 per additional dancer in family
Recital Fees are charged to your credit card on file in full on the first business day of December.
Dancers wishing to opt-out of recital must inform the CREO office in writing by November 1 in order to be reimbursed their recital fees. Recital Fees are non-refundable after November 1.
Progressive/Accelerated Unlimited Package Tuition Option
Classes in the CREO Progressive/Accelerated program follow the same general tuition guidelines as listed above. In addition, dancers may choose to enroll for our Unlimited Class Package at $310/month.
(Please note that extra performance & conservatory classes opportunities such as Flight, CCB, TEAM Hip-Hop, Pre-TEAM Hip-Hop, Hip-Hop Invitational, T&T, and faith-based companies are not included in the unlimited package)
LEVEL 3-7 Progressive/Accelerated Performance Package
In an effort to help simplify payments for our Level 3-7 families, these dancers will have their costume and performance fees streamlined into one “Performance Package” Fee. This package includes your recital fee, Cathedral Dance Festival 2023 ($170, Saturday participation), a recital 2025 Tank/T-Shirt, Banquet, and a holiday party.
This fee is charged to your credit card on file in five $60 installments, with October, November, December, January, and February tuition. This fee is applied to ALL Level 3-7 Progressive and Accelerated Dancers.
Other Payment Information
Cancellation/Refund Policy: School-Year tuition may not be reimbursed after it is auto-billed. If you need to cancel a class, please contact the CREO office prior to the 1st day of the month to avoid being charged your monthly tuition.
Prorated Classes: Tuition is charged on a per-month basis. CREO does not pro-rate monthly class for skipped classes or absences.
Declined Cards: Declined credit cards may be subject to a $25 fee. Please make sure your credit card information is up-to-date by logging into your account and updating your information as necessary.
Payment Plan: Payment plans available upon request for registration, recital and costume fees.
Weather Cancellations/Act of God/Force Majeure: CREO is not able to refund tuition for single-day weather cancellations such as snow days. However, in the event that CREO is forced to close for a period of time greater than one week, CREO is committed to offering Online Class options, refunds, or re-scheduling classes.
