Brenda Nepsund

Brenda Nepsund is a teaching artist and professional  performer in the Twin Cities community. She is a hip hop Principal and also instructs acro, jazz and contemporary at Creo. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to teach at Creo for her fourth consecutive season.

Brenda is often humbled by the movers and her colleagues at Creo in the way they collaborate and shine as dancers and humans. She believes joy, faith and freedom can be experienced through movement and has an appreciation for the way dance creates a deepening of community.

Brenda holds a double major in Dance and Mass Media from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has performed with a variety of talented companies and artists including Concerto Dance, Zorongo Flamenco, Eclectic Edge Ensemble, Stuart Pimsler Dance & Theater, Borealis Dance, LiRa Dance, Cynthia Gutierrez, and Karla Grotting. When Brenda’s not dancing or teaching, she’s spending time with her husband and sweet son, Emmett Leroy.
