Adrienne Berrington

Ballet, Pointe

Adrienne started dancing at the age of 3 at a local competition studio in St. Michael, MN. She initiated her classical training at North Ballet Academy at age 9 under Mrs. Breanna Dvorak who graduated from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow. During her time at North Ballet, she performed many pieces of classical and original choreography. Adrienne also attended acclaimed summer intensives on scholarship; including Joffrey Ballet NYC, Philadelphia Ballet, and Ballet West. In 2020, she graduated from level 8 of the Vaganova method at NBA and went on to join Continental Ballet in 2022. As of 2024, she also holds an honors degree in neuroscience from the University of Minnesota. Adrienne applies her knowledge of kinesiology, the nervous system, and proprioception to her instruction in order to strengthen the brain-body connection. Adrienne has been teaching ballet to students of all ages since 2019 and she’s looking forward to sharing her knowledge with the students here at CREO!
