Dancers will run drills daily to gain speed, attack, and strength in kicks, leaps, and turns. Tumbling and upper body strength training will also be included in this class. Dancers may wear shorts to this class, but must wear tights under them. Dancers must bring jazz shoes and turners to this class. Register here!
