Monday, Wednesday, & Friday enjoy a ballet class complete with barre, center, and across the floor exercises. Spend 20 minutes of each class learning classical ballet variations such as Blue Bird, Cupid, and Coppelia. Spend 1/2 hour learning strength and flexibility exercises to improve turn-out, balance, and strength for pointe work. Pink ballet shoes and a thera-band required.
